Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 3ds platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3ds platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice will be provided via the platform when significant changes occur. Continued use following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The 3ds platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the regulations of your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full services of the 3ds platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided during registration are truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must notify 3ds immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 3ds will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

User responsibilities include the following:

• Not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability of the platform's systems.
• Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Do not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account.
• Comply with all game rules and bonus terms stated for each promotion.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 3ds platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion carried out by your financial institution is beyond the responsibility of 3ds.

Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including various local online banking channels. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained legitimately.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account registered in the user's name. 3ds reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to three business days.

The platform reserves the right to withhold or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate the terms of use.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 3ds platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3ds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, odds display errors, or disputed game outcomes.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games involve financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their decision to participate in any game or betting activity on this platform.

Suspension, Account Closure & Intellectual Property

3ds reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon direction from the relevant authorities. Any decision to suspend or close an account is final unless a successful appeal is submitted through official channels.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to case review. For closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of investigation and verification.

All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, and related materials on the 3ds platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 3ds platform may occasionally contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

3ds reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the 3ds platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
